How are items shipped?

All items are shipped USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Mail) for US customers, and through USPS International for Canadian customers. Both come with tracking and insurance. I once sold vintage glass art pieces and shipped over 500 packages across the country... I know how to pack glass safely!

What are you policies on shipping, custom orders, mystery boxes, and blind boxes?

No returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases. All items are one of a kind, of course. I package all items with adequate protection for USPS. Should you receive an item that is damaged or broken or you do not receive your package (i.e. USPS loses it), it is your responsibility to file a claim with USPS. Please communicate with me as I may be able to remake/fix certain pieces for a fee. All items are shipped with full insurance, so you can rest assured your purchase is covered if any damages through USPS. Please email me with any questions! 

For custom orders, this same policy applies. I do want you to be happy with your order and will do all I can to make this so, but please recognize the one of a kind nature of glass items. I will work closely with you and let you know how exact I can be with any detail. I will do my best to meet the specifications that I have asked your input/customization on, but these may be inexact given the handmade process.
